QUALITIES THAT DETERMINE A FINE ORATOR

1) KNOWLEDGE

It is the first and foremost thing to become good Speaker. You have to be self sufficient in the subject you are going to deliver. Try to gather as many information about the subject. Be fluent in subject. The information you have about the subject need to be stored in you so that you can deliver when the need arises. Without knowledge you can't deliver what the audience want to hear from you. If your speak doesn't have the key matter, then how hard you strive to deliver the message in whatever ways it wouldn't reach the audience and the audience won,t going to accept your message. One can gather information from friends, Internet, books, on the spot study etc.. There no dearth of ways to gather information.

2)CONFIDENCE

One should be confident in the knowledge that they possess. If you are not confident then you can't deliver the message properly.Confidence come by practice. It is not good look or good teeth or good dress or size of your body that brings confidence. It is the knowledge in you that brings confidence. Physical attributes matter less than 5% in public speak. The influence of physical attributes fades as public speak progress. After the initial few seconds how you delivers the message is the most important. Practice and perfect knowledge makes a good Speaker .

3)BE A GREAT LISTENER

Thinking how this come here?. Let me explain. You must listen to your surroundings. You must listen to your environment. You must listen to a good public speak. Is it clear?. Is it precise? Try to avoid those things that you think the other guys fails in his speech. Try to avoid the pitfalls in the failed communication. Try to inherit the traits of a good speaker. If you are not a good listener then how can you insist others to listen you.

Making fine gestures during the speech make the audience to keep in touch with Speaker and the subject. The gestures must be formal and gentleman like. When a high voltage speech is going on, the intensity of the speech more stressed with stronger gestures.

The sound of the medium and voice of the Speaker needs special mention. The medium used to convey the message should be clear and free of noise. The message should be delivered to the audience clearly and perfectly. It must reach the last spectator sitting in the last row. The voice of the orator should be crystal clear. It should be audible. It should be free from interruptions. It should be freed from cough , hiccups etc..
